Ingredients

250g cream cheese, softened
90g light sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish, grated
90g smoked salmon, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, snipped
or 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped and mixed with ½ teaspoon dill seeds
freshly ground black pepper
cayenne
sprigs fresh dill, to garnish
or sprigs parsley, to garnish
salt

Method

  1. Stir cream cheese with a wooden spoon until smooth, then stir in sour cream, lemon juice and horseradish and combine thoroughly. Fold in smoked salmon, dill, salt, pepper and cayenne. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with sprigs of dill or parsley.
