Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1kg ripe apricots, halved and stoned
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
80ml water

Method

  1. Arrange apricots in an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and water (if apricots are very ripe, very little water will be required).
  2. Bake in a preheated slow oven (150°C) for about 1 hour or until apricots are soft. Serve hot.
