Ingredients

125ml cream
90g walnut pieces, finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper
parmesan cheese, grated, to serve
salt

Method

  1. Heat cream gently and stir in walnuts. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over hot cooked pasta, and offer grated parmesan cheese separately.
