Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 sugar cubes
2 oranges
2 punnets strawberries
6 tablespoons curacao
1 1/4 cups cream, whipped, sweetened and flavoured with vanilla essence, to taste

Method

  1. Rub the sugar over the skins of the oranges, until they are well impregnated with the flavour of the fruit. Crush the sugar. Wash and hull strawberries. Macerate them in the Curaçao and crushed sugar in a covered container, until serving time. Put into a serving bowl or individual dessert dishes in a pyramid shape. Decorate with cream.
