Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 lebanese cucumbers
salt
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 cup natural yoghurt
paprika, to sprinkle

Method

  1. Slice the cucumbers very thinly, place in a colander, sprinkle with salt and drain for 20–30 minutes. In a bowl, mix with the ginger and garlic then add yoghurt. Chill well. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
