Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large handful mint leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons boiling water
3 tablespoons malt vinegar

Method

  1. Chop the mint finely and put in a bowl with the sugar. Add boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the vinegar and leave for 1 hour before serving. Serve with roast lamb.
