Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 large onions
1 egg white, slightly beaten
flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
oil, for frying

Method

  1. Slice the onions and separate into rings. Dip the rings into egg white, then toss in the flour. Repeat the process once more. Drop into hot oil and cook until crisp and golden brown. Ideal to serve with grills.
