Tewkesbury mustard is a blend of mustard and horseradish with a clean taste and sharp bite, which dates back to Shakespearian times. It’s perfect to use in place of Dijon mustard in dressings to give a truly British taste.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon tewkesbury mustard
4 tablespoons cold-pressed rapeseed oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Whisk the cider vinegar, mustard and rapeseed oil together in a bowl or shake in a screw-topped jar or bottle. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
