Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g jarred chilli paste
6 preserved red capsicums
1/2 teaspoon tomato paste (concentrated purée)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
75ml extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil to a blender and whiz together to form a paste. Stir through the olive oil to finish. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
