MRS: This is so, so simple, but so tasty and (if your household is anything like ours) will be sure to become a firm favourite. It’s great served simply like this or dressed up with a scattering of chopped roasted nuts and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce. Just make sure you peel the bananas before you freeze them – trying to peel a frozen banana is a nightmare.

Method

  1. Throw 2 frozen bananas into a food processor and blitz to a soft whipped texture. Divide between bowls and serve.
