MRS: Being icy poles, no-one minds that these are green, making them one of the easiest ways I know of ge ing a few leafy veggies into growing bodies. As Finn would say, ‘I love icy poles because they are cold and delicious’. Magic!

Method

  1. Add the flesh of 1 mango, 1 banana, 4 kale leaves and 250 ml apple juice to a food processor or blender and blitz to a smooth purée. Pour into four 70 ml capacity icy-pole moulds, popping an icy-pole stick into each. Freeze overnight.
