MRS: This is one of my favourite juice combos. Pineapple gets a lovely creaminess to it when it goes through the juicer and this works really well in an icy pole.

Method

  1. Cut 2 green apples and the flesh of ½ pineapple into rough chunks. Before turning on the juicer, pop a handful of mint leaves into the chute followed by a quarter of the apple (this will help push the mint leaves through). Juice into a jug (pitcher), feeding in the pineapple and remaining apple. Stir the juice gently and pour into four 70 ml capacity icypole moulds. Pop an icy-pole stick into each mould and freeze overnight.
