I love this dressing. It’s a staple dressing in my world – a quick, easy one for all sorts of dishes.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60g hot english mustard
50ml chardonnay vinegar
225ml pouring cream
2 pinches sea salt
2 pinches sugar

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk everything together. The dressing will keep for 2 months in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Uses:

  • Another ‘hearty and crunchy’ salad leaf dressing, but also great with steamed potato salad, raw cauliflower salad and green beans. You can add chopped anchovies for a cheat’s Caesar salad, but don’t tell anyone I said that…
