We make a large range of sweet pastry items at the bakery. Some of the recipes are drawn from my background as a chef working on the pastry section in busy kitchens in London, and a lot we happily credit to our head chef Charlie Duffy. Charlie is also English and comes from a background working in Michelin kitchens.

We follow the seasons when selecting produce and use what we have available to us. Seasonal fruits inspire us when creating new items, or are adapted to suit existing recipes. Our range has expanded over the years to include simple treats like cookies, teacakes and brownies to reinvented classics like palmiers and éclairs. We like to explore unusual flavour combinations, using herbs more traditionally used in savoury cooking, or Australia native ingredients.

Here we have included some easy recipes as well as some more technically challenging recipes so there should be something for everyone.
