To complement our breads and sweet baking, we make a range of savoury pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches and salads to satisfy the lunch crowds. Everything we sell needs to be delicious, so we have taken classical techniques and recipes, and used them in our savoury section to make the tastiest sandwiches or pies we can. It’s a creative outlet for this former chef, but everyone in the kitchen contributes to these recipes.

The pies and sausage rolls are a great item to make up in a large batch and freeze, to be baked when required when time is short to cook a meal. The salads are designed to be sustaining as a meal on their own, but also work really well with simple roasted meats or fish. Our sandwiches were created to showcase our breads and complement the flavours. They are a big hit all year round and are actually our biggest selling items at the bakery.
