Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 small red chillies, seeded
1-2 garlic cloves
5 can piece root ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon lime juice

Method

  1. To make the chilli sauce, roughly chop the chillies, garlic and ginger, then blend in a food processor until fairly smooth (it can still be a bit chunky). Add the lime juice and salt, to taste.
