Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
squeeze lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 pinch white pepper
2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Whisk all the ingredients, except the oils, together until smooth. Slowly whisk in the oils to emulsify and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
