Why not make everything in your life a summery paradise? Go full troppo with your morning smoothie. We like to think passionfruit makes everything better.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons cocoa butter
splash hot water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 banana, sliced
splash coconut cream
splash almond milk
splash agrave syrup
1/4 mango
2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp, 1 teaspoon extra, to serve (optional)
1/2 orange, peeled
4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place the cacao butter and a splash of hot water in a blender and blend until melted. Add the coconut oil, banana, coconut cream, almond milk and agave and blend again. Add the remaining ingredients except the ice cubes and give it another blitz.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavouring, if necessary, then add the ice cubes and blend a final time.
  3. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with the extra passionfruit pulp, if desired.
