Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 fižrm ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 red capsicum, finely diced
1/2-1 green jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
small handful coriander, roughly chopped
small handful mint, roughly chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons hot sauce of your choice
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Set aside for at least 1 hour for the flavours to infuse.
