Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 packet raspberry jelly crystals
1 cup boiling water
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Method

  1. Soak jelly crystals in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir and leave to cool. Whip the egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar. Add to jelly and whip until fluffy.
  2. Set in mould.
