Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 chicken wings
6 pickling onions, cut in half
1 large potato, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
small bunch thyme
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Wash chicken wings in cold salted water and pat dry. Place all ingredients into a large pot with lid on and gently simmer until cooked, for about 35 minutes.
