Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
fat from roast meat
1 tablespoon flour
1 pint vegetable, beef or chicken stock

Method

  1. When meat is cooked, remove from pan, and pour off nearly all the fat. Stir in flour, add stock, and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Strain into gravy boat.
