Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g smooth peanut butter
5g salt
150g maltodextrin, (see note)

Method

  1. Put the peanut butter, salt and maltodextrin in a small bowl. Using your fingertips, rub the ingredients together for about 5 minutes; the peanut butter will start to dry out and turn into small powdery pieces, about the size of half a rice grain. Store in an airtight container.

Note

  • Use a maltodextrin derived from tapioca for the best results.
