This tastes like a chocolate thickshake. You know, the one drink you feel naughty ordering from your local cafe. Now you can drink up and not feel one ounce of guilt. Thank me later.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
350g frozen cherries
40g fresh spinach leaves
65g medjool dates, pitted
25g cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
400ml coconut milk
20g chia seeds

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

Note

  • You can use any plant-based milk in this recipe. I love using coconut milk.
