40ml rum
20ml orgeat syrup
20ml lime juice
20ml dry curacao
2 dashes angostura bitters
5ml whisky
ice cubes
crushed ice

Decoration

1 sprig young mint leaves
1 orange, zested
1 cherry

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake till frost appears, then filter into a double old-fashioned glass tumbler filled with ice cubes and crushed ice.
  2. Decorate with the tip of a spring of young mint leaves, orange zest and a cherry.
  3. A great classic in the Tiki family, this very fragrant, fruity and sweet cocktail will delight any lover of rums.
