Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons peanut butter
15-20 mini salted pretzels
1 banana
Chantilly cream
4 large scoops chocolate ice cream
Caramel sauce

Method

  1. Gently heat the peanut butter in a small saucepan to make it slightly runny.
  2. Break up the pretzels. Cut the banana into small chunks.
  3. Layer in each glass or tall dish some Chantilly cream, a scoop of ice cream, some peanut butter sauce, some caramel sauce, and some more Chantilly cream, chunks of banana and broken pieces of pretzel.
