Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons olive oil
125ml grapeseed oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
good pinch sugar
good pinch salt
good pinch white pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce

Method

  1. Whisk all the ingredients of the vinaigrette together (or put them into a jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously). You will have some vinaigrette left over for another recipe.
