Ingredients

100g mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
50g pitted kalamata olives

Method

  1. Blend the mayonnaise with the olives, pass through a sieve to achieve a nice smooth consistency. Add a dash of lemon juice, adjust the seasoning to taste.
