Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 oysters
100g cecina, sliced very thinly
a few slices lemon

Method

  1. Open the oysters. Keep the shell tops. Arrange on a dish alternating the oysters and empty shells (with the inside facing upwards).
  2. Lay the slices of cecina in the shells.
  3. Serve immediately with a few slices of lemon around them.
