Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45g bar of pana chocolate raw cacao, (or choose a flavoured chocolate if you want to flavour your ganache)
1 1/4 tablespoons see method for ingredients, (or use store bought)

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and nut milk together over a bain-marie. Try not to stir the mixture too much, or it will split.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and then set in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
