You probably walk past these eggplants, which look like perfect green balls, in the vegetable section and wonder what to do with them. Well here is an easy and tasty wholesome vegetarian dish that will please the fussiest herbivore. This curry is a childhood favourite. I rang my cousin to get the recipe and she gave me the following. As with most Sri Lankan curries, each household will make it slightly differently. This is the Dehiwala Kuruvita version.
