Phoebe studied Commercial Cookery at TAFE and landed her dream job at delicious. magazine at the same time. After four years at delicious., Phoebe left to spend three months in New York gaining inspiration by eating and researching American food. Returning home she worked on a season of MasterChef Australia and then landed the position of Food Editor at SBS Feast magazine, where she shaped her food philosophy. She has since freelanced across titles such as MiNDFOOD and Prevention and is now the Senior Food Editor for delicious. magazine.
