A great way to combine dessert with after-dinner coffee. Two birds, one stone.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 see method for ingredients, made with almond butter
50ml freshly made espresso

Method

  1. Add the ice cream scoop to a small bowl or coffee cup and pour the hot espresso over the top. Serve while warm and melting.

Pip’s top tip:

  • If serving this to a few people, you can prepare it in advance by serving the ice cream into cups and keeping them in the freezer. This means that when you come to serve you will have a cold cup so the ice cream won’t melt straight away when you pour on the espresso, giving you time to get to the dinner party table in time!
