Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15g unsalted butter
75g cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
155g icing sugar
30g raspberries
1 quantity Donuts

Method

  1. Using an electric mixer, combine the butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, 60 g of the icing sugar and 60 ml water for about 1 minute, or until combined.
  2. In a bowl, crush the raspberries with a whisk. Slowly incorporate the remaining icing sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream mixture onto the donuts with a rubber spatula.
  4. Drizzle on the raspberry mixture.

Note

  • Alternatively, the raspberry mixture could be used as a simple fruit glaze.
