There are a few kitchen ingredients that I haven’t needed to buy for a few years, and mayonnaise is one of them. It’s a really simple process to make it, and you know exactly what’s in it, which, let’s be honest, we can’t say for a lot of the sauces and condiments on the supermarket shelves. If you haven’t heard of the health implications of preservative sulfites, I recommend looking them up. It’s mind-blowing what’s in some of our food, and the impacts on our health – wow!
