Quantity Ingredient
250g fresh beansprouts
1 tablespoon oil
4 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
50g raw pork cut from the loin, finely sliced
100g raw prawns, shelled and deveined
1 tablespoon fish sauce
pinch sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Clean and wash the beansprouts. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and fry the garlic until it is golden. Add the pork and stir-fry until it changes colour. Add the prawns and stir-fry. Add seasonings to taste, then the beansprouts and stir-fry until they are cooked but still crisp.
