Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices wholemeal bread
150g gorgonzola layered with mascarpone
12 walnut kernels
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar glaze
pepper

Method

  1. Spread the slices of bread with the Gorgonzola and mascarpone. Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them on top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze and season with pepper before serving.
