Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g silky tofu
2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
4 slices wholemeal bread
1 handful seed sprouts
1 tablespoon hazelnut oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Blend the tofu with the hazelnut butter, then spread the slices of bread with the mixture. Add the edamame beans and a few sprouts, drizzle with hazelnut oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
