My husband, Anthony, taught me how to make this amazing drink a few years ago. Now I make it every time we have a big party. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 large mango cheeks, peeled and frozen
1 egg white
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
400ml milk

Method

  1. Put mango cheeks, egg white, sugar syrup and milk into the jug of your blender.
  2. With the lid on, blend on high for a minute, or until all of the mango has been puréed.
  3. Carefully pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Time-saving tips

  • Have all your equipment and ingredients ready. Find a kitchen hand to help you prepare the ingredients ahead of time. Skin and freeze several mango cheeks in advance, so you have them on hand. Use ready-made sugar syrup.
