Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 slice butter, 1 cm thick
6 squares dark chocolate
1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
5 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles

Method

  1. In a mug: melt the butter with the chocolate in the microwave for 30–40 seconds (800 watts).
  2. Beat the mixture until smooth, then allow it to cool slightly. One by one, whisk in the peanut butter, egg, sugar, flour and baking powder. Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds (800 watts). Push the spoonful of peanut butter into the middle and cook for a further 40 seconds.
  3. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Allow to cool for 1 minute before eating.
