Cucumber, dill & yoghurt dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30g finely chopped dill
50g chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lebanese cucumber, finely diced
250g Yoghurt cheese
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Method

  1. Mix together the dill, mint, garlic, cucumber and a pinch of sea salt. Gently fold the mixture through the yoghurt cheese.
  2. Spread the dip on a flat plate. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with some extra mint leaves.
  3. Serve straight away, with Turkish bread.
