Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon sea salt
500g Yogurt

Method

  1. Crush the garlic cloves to a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle.
  2. Gently fold the garlic and sea salt through the yoghurt; don’t stir too vigorously as you don’t want the yoghurt to liquefy.
  3. Transfer to a clean bowl and serve.
  4. This dip is wonderful with meat, chicken and vegetables, and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
