Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 buffalo mozzarella
4 ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
12 basil leaves

Method

  1. Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes. Arrange on a plate in overlapping layers. Season well with salt and pepper, and drizzle generously with oil. Scatter on the basil leaves and serve.
