Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 generous handfuls frisee lettuce
4 quantities Simple vinaigrette, made with sherry vinegar
salt
pepper
4 poached eggs
200g cooked diced bacon
4 tablespoons Dukkah

Method

  1. Toss the frisée lettuce with half of the vinaigrette, then season with salt and pepper. Share out into separate shallow bowls. Top the salad with one or two poached eggs and a few cubes of bacon. Pour the remaining dressing on top and sprinkle with dukkah. Serve immediately.
