Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ripe but firm tomatoes
salt
4 yellow peaches
1 lemon, juiced, or as desired
1 ball mozzarella
olive oil
pepper
1 handful basil leaves

Method

  1. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and arrange in a dish. Peel the peaches, cut into narrow segments and add to the tomatoes. Pour the lemon juice over. Add the mozzarella, torn or whole, and a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve immediately.
