Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
180g rolled oats
60g buckwheat, rye or spelt flakes
40g mixed seeds, (like chia, linseed, sunflower and pumpkin)
2 apples, cored and grated
400ml unsweetened apple juice
500ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional extras to serve:

Quantity Ingredient
chopped dried fruit
fresh berries
nuts
or Yoghurt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the optional extras in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Transfer to a lidded container and chill in the fridge for several hours, ideally overnight. Serve topped with optional extras of choice.
