Ingredients

120g rolled oats
120g quinoa flakes
120g spelt or rye flakes
60g almonds, chopped
60g pecan nuts, chopped
60g pistachios, chopped
30g pumpkin seeds
45g sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
30g coconut flakes
60g sultanas
30g dried cherries
60g dried mango, chopped
30g goji berries
90g dried apricots, chopped
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon nutmeg
A pinch fine sea salt

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients until evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container.
