Roast new potatoes with rosemary and thyme

Method

  1. Crush and chop cold leftover roast new potatoes with rosemary and thyme. Fry an onion with any greens you have. Add the potatoes and allow them to crisp up slightly, then fold the mixture over itself, enclosing the crunchy bits inside. Repeat for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is hot right through.
