This dressing is spicy hot, so is best used on a robust bean or pasta salad. Try substituting a teaspoon of smoked paprika or add it as well as the chilli for a smoky effect. Refrigerate for up to one week.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon dark roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon shoyu
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon orange zest, finely grated
1/2 chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
