Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g green grapes, halved and deseeded
100g walnuts, broken into bits
2 apples, cored and cubed
100ml double cream

Method

  1. Put the grapes, walnuts and apples in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks then fold it into the salad. Serve as soon as possible.
